After an offense at the workplace, the protagonist is exposed to a special medical drug, which erases his memory for further experiments on him by the scientists of this place. The protagonist of the story is Benjamin Walker, a former employee of the complex. The game is non-linear, which means there are multiple endings. The user will have to collect notes from employees, clarifying most of the events that preceded what happened, and try to find a way to leave the Foundation. All the monsters were able to get out of their compartments, which is why the complex was emergency closed to prevent the creatures from entering the open world. After the failure of the security system, the cameras in which the objects were contained were opened. Gamers will have to figure out the reasons for what happened on the territory of the "SCP Foundation" - a place where paranormal creatures are stored that pose a danger to all mankind. The plot of the single-player campaign has remained virtually unchanged. Also, several new monsters and territories have been added to expand the content of the original. This decision of the developers allowed to significantly improve the three-dimensional graphics and overall stability of the work. The project is a re-release of a popular video game, which is made on a completely different engine. SCP: Containment Breach Unity Remake - survival horror, which provides the player with an exploratory type of gameplay, in which it is important to be able to carefully study the available locations to collect all the necessary information about the current situation.
